My granddaughter lives this book

I received my order quickly, but unfortunately Royal Mail left it in what they thought was a safe place in between the bins at the side of my house. I was away and we had heavy rain all the next day, so I found the package soaking wet and it had seeped through the box to the packaging of the puppet soft book.
I contacted yourselves even though it was out of your hands where the parcel was left. I received a very prompt reply saying you would replace the item which I have now received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. Thank you.
