Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order before receiving your products, please contact us using our contact form and select the subject line “Cancel and Refund My Order”. Please offer as much information as possible when filling out the form to speed up the processing of the cancellation and refund. If the order has already been processed and dispatched, our team will let you know. In this instance, please refer to the “Returning Unwanted Items” section below.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us (using a tracked delivery service) in its original condition and with a copy of your original invoice/receipt within 14 days. Upon receipt and examination, we will issue a full refund. Cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service, like Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service. Please retain proof of postage.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If the item you receive is damaged, faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, please contact our Enquiries Team through the Contact Form. Please inform us of your reasons for return/fault and your order details, including your order number. We will arrange collection or exchange of goods as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.
