Our books are sold all over the world! Unfortunately, we can only sell UK stock to UK based customers from our website at the moment. For international deliveries or to buy a book in a different language, please contact us before placing an order.

If you have illustrations that you would like us to review for possible use in our books, please send them to: submissions@makebelieveideas.com. Alternatively, you can post hardcopies of your work to: FAO: Art Director, Make Believe Ideas, The Wilderness, Berkhamsted, Herts, United Kingdom HP4 2AZ. Please include information about your previous experience as well as your contact details. We will be in touch should a suitable opportunity arise.

What if a book I want to order is out of stock?

The available stock on our website is tracked daily. If, for any reason, stock is not available to process your order, you will not be able to add the product to your cart. Feel free to contact us to see if we will be getting more stock. If you are able to make the purchase before our warehouse alerts us that an item is out of stock, we will send you an email explaining this and offer you a refund or a new delivery date as soon as our stock has been replenished.

We only store the information you supply during your customer sign up. We do not store any card details as these are managed solely by PayPal. We cannot be held responsible for any breaches in security via PayPal.
